looking for a home
Cassie | Staffie Cross
Cassie is a seven year old Staffie cross girl. Cassie is quite an amazing rescue story. She came into our care very nervous and barked constantly. The only time she became quiet was when she was put on a lead which she clearly found to be quite stressful. Through the dedication of Jan who she is being kennelled with, Cassie has come on amazingly. She's now incredibly happy, sociable, loves her walks and has stopped her constantly barking. We don't think Cassie has ever lived in a home so she needs a special owner prepared to go the extra mile to help with the transition from kennel to home. She has been with us since last year and her rehabilation has been incredibly rewarding. The hard work has really paid off and it's great to see a happy, relaxed girl clearly enjoying her life again. Can you give this fabulous girl her first ever home and the love, care and patience she needs? Please call Jan at Coningsby, Lincolnshire - 07900558952 for further details or to arrange to meet the Cassie.

Fritz | Staffie Cross
Fritz is a five year old medium to large Terrier cross. He has now been kennelled with us since April 2009 and we think he has been overlooked as he is such a big dog. He's a really lovely fawn and white colouring and similar markings to a Boxer (may even be some Boxer in his blood as he's a similar build). Fritz is a really happy friendly lad. He's always very happy to see you with a waggy tail. As he's been with us for so long he's always so pleased and excited to get out of his kennel and is torn between going off and exploring the smells, having a good run around and enjoying a cuddle. Fritz will need to be rehomed as the only dog in the household. We cannot fault this boy. He's fantastic. Can anyone out there offer this long term a forever home and make our day and his life?
Dog of the month
Kazan is a 14 year old akita who has been in kennels for 18 months as his owner had to go away and never came back for him.
He is a lovely boy and is looking for a quiet loving home to live out his twilight years.
Can you give Kazan some home comforts to live out the rest of his time, poor boy
If you can please call Jo on 01406542011. Kazan is at our Spalding kennels, Lincolnshire
Tye, staff x, tan, dog, 18 mths
This is Tye. He's a Staffordshire bull terrier x who's about 2 years old. He's very affectionate and friendly and gets on ok with other dogs
He's got lots of energy that he puts to good use trying to climb out of his kennel. So a good secure garden and high fencing a must!
He would love to go to a home where he would gets lots of long walks.
Tye is at Carlton Frrest Kennels, Worksop Notts please call Kim on 07825604477 or Pam on 07811117067
This gorgeous looking Rottie is called Duke.
Duke is a very handsome male Rottie. He has been kept as a lone dog for most of his life and would probably be best rehomed as an only dog. He really needs an experienced owner of a similar breed. Duke asks for very little and in the right home would be absolutely no trouble at all. He really needs a good home so please call Sheila on 01782 751105 anytime.
Bilbo is a black male Staffordshire Bull Terrier around four years old. Bilbo came in with a skin complaint which has now been treated and resolved however his fur is still a little patchy where it still hasn't fully grown back yet so he isn't quite looking as handsome as he will do in a few weeks time. Bilbo is a typical Staffie in that he adores people, absolutely loves fuss and attention (just look at the video for proof!) as well as loving nothing more than a really good run, sniff and play. A fabulous, happy little boy who will make someone a fantastic pet. There's always one you want to take home when you visit the kennels and you can't fail to fall in love with this great little fella. Bilbo is known to be ok with female dogs but would probably be best rehomed as the only dog.
