Meet Anna

Anna is a beautiful American Bulldog. Everyone who meets this lovely girl falls in love with her.

Here at Doris Banham we don't just let animals die because they have an illness or need medical treatment. This seems strange to some people who think we shouldn't waste money on needy dogs. Thats very easy to say from a distance. Look into Anna's eyes- she was in agony with a prolapsed womb- could you just say "give her the needle- let her die"?

Well we certainley couldn't give up on her. We know our fundraisiers will work hard and we hope dog lovers out there will help with the bills. So we fix these dogs and give them the chance of life even when we don't have the funds to do so- we will get the money!

Anna's operation cost £600 to fix the prolapse and to get her speyed so she doesn't have to ever go through that agony gain. She was probably bred to make a quick profit on some puppies and then dumped on the streets. Can you imagine the heart break- your babies snatched then dumped out on the streets in agony just when you need your owner the most.

Please help us never have to say no to dogs like Anna- and give what ever you can afford no matter how small every pound helps.
